NEW BEDFORD TO NEWPORT
LIGHTHOUSE CRUISE

Join Friends of Flying Santa on a fundraising lighthouse
cruise from New Bedford Harbor to Newport Harbor and back.
This unique 7-hour cruise will sail
to 10 Massachusetts & Rhode Island lighthouses:
Palmer Island
Butlet Flats
Clarks Point
Buzzards Bay Entrance Tower
Beavertail
Castle Hill
Rose Island
Goat Island
Ida Lewis
Sakonnet Point
This is a rare
opportunity to see these historic off-shore lighthouses.
Our narrator for the day will be renowned
lighthouse author and historian Jeremy D'Entremont - www.newenglandlighthouses.net
The boat will depart from New Bedford,
MA at 9:30am. You are welcome to bring a lunch. There is a full galley on board.

opportunity to see anumber of these historic off-shore lighthouses up-close
as well hundreds of gray seals hauled out on Monomoy Island and Great Point.
